Although the set is nice to look at, and most pieces work just fine for now, I was very dismayed to unpack the box and find one pot had the handle broken right off. I contacted Greenlife based on the warranty card in the box but was told I would have to return the entire set to Target for compensation. That's not practical. I don't have a lot of hope for the rest of the set holding up.

Not sure if the 5 star reviews are fake but everything sticks to these pans even when adding oil. I will be returning these.

We are very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For the best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring it to a near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser on the warm surface; this should do the trick. If this does not work, please email GreenPan directly at customercare.us@greenpan.com. They are happy to help!

Definitely not non-stick. Can’t even make pancakes without them completely sticking to pan. I have followed all manufacturers directions for care, and they have not even lasted 6 weeks. Very disappointing.

First of all when I arrived to pick up my order the box was all tore up. Ripped and banged up. The associate offered for me to look at the set of pans and if they weren't damaged he would give me a discount. I opened the box and was beyond disappointed that the pots and pans were child size. They looked like a kids play set. I told the associate I didn't want them. He said he would cancel my order which would generate a refund. I came home and looked nothing had been done. I canceled the order myself. This Target store is just terrible. Always a disappointment. Team members don't care about the customer.

Be warned!!! The handles are flammable! Do not use on gas stoves. Now my apartment smells of burning plastic!

GreenLife's phenolic (plastic/silicone) handles have a metal flame guard that is in place to protect your handle in case of accidental flare up on gas stoves or if a smaller pan is placed on a larger burner, which can result in discoloration and/or slight odor. If the handle was burned, unfortunately, the flame was too high reaching beyond the flame guard.

Awesome! Nonstick and super functional! Very sturdy and holds up very well! I’ve had no issues at all! The only thing is the color is not nearly as yellow as the picture, it’s more of a duller yellow, very pale yellow.

My package thank God was intake and not stolen since someone had the bright idea to ship it without any packaging so someone who may be walking pass my front door could see it was a cookware set. I thought that was so tacky to send a package around the holidays knowing people steal packages all the time without it being put in an appropriate box before leaving it at my front door. I'm not sure if it's on target for dropping the ball or what but that was quite disappointing. I would recommend the item put next time I'll choose pick up at store or get from somewhere else
