I have used my new grill pan several times with excellent results. Grilled foods cook evenly and thoroughly with minimal splatter. This pan is a welcome alternative to standing outside next to the grill during the heat of the summer. Clean-up is a breeze: simply soak briefly with hot soapy water and rinse off any stuck bits with a dishcloth. No need to scrub or use any kind of abrasive.

Love this pan! This is the third green pan I've purchased. I love all 3 now. Cooks evenly and cleans up like a dream. I'm so happy to get away from traditional, non-stick coated, unhealthy cookware.

I actually bought the pan mistakenly thinking it was induction friendly, so that is a bit of a fox paw on my part but I do like the non stick and the quality of this pan it will be used manly on camping trips with our gas hobs.
So glad I purchased this pan!

Made a shrimp dish. Did not even have to use any additional oils (after marinating). The shrimp presented beautifully, with awesome char marks. Clean-up was a cinch. Have not tried the pan in the oven, however, I am certain that it will perform to a T!!

We have used this grill pan many times and love it! It is great since there are only two of us and we don't have to fire up the grill every time we want to grill a couple of steaks or burgers. It also cleans up very easily.

we can't believe that we've spent our whole lives soaking and scrubbing! this is a replacement for an older and similar grill pan. with the old pan, we'd sometimes have to soak overnight and still scrub the next day. this new pan is the polar opposite! cool to room temp, fill with warm soapy water and then 'wipe' with soapy sponge. literally no scrubbing required!

Don’t put the pan on a high flame or use a lot of oil. It was very easy to clean. To keep the food hot, I was able to cover it with a top from one of my other Green Pan skillets.

Great even cooking surface makes perfect grill marks while allows meat to sit above juices. Stove top to oven finishing of cooking makes this a versatile piece for any kitchen. Large 11" size gives plenty of room for several items to cook at once. Cleans easily and is dishwasher safe.
