I was looking to switch to ceramic cookware and this pan has not disappointed. Sturdy with a slippery surface! Need to change some cooking behaviors as it heats up very quickly and you should use silicone spatulas.

Love my new griddle, it replaced old light weight, scratched griddle. This Chatham is solid and I know it will last me many years. After trying many other brands, I have finally found my only brand to use from now on. It pays to purchase quality products, makes cooking a pleasure. This pan is not nonstick. Not without nearly half a cup of oil, and lately even that isn’t working. Let me be clear: I do not use spray oil, do not place in dishwasher, and follow all the cleaning directions. It’s so frustrating I literally wept today. For the amount of time and effort I am forced to put into cooking and for my arteries I have to use. I’m so done with this.

I tried the Chatham because of their price point. Probably will try to spend a little more next time for the better quality. The lid is great, the clean-ability is great, but the weight of the pan feels too light duty. So the heat distribution is not great.

I have another set of green pans and I like that particular line better. They are heavier. The Chathams feel a little light duty, so I’m noticing the heat is not distributed as even as the other green pan line that I have. They are very nonstick and easy to clean!

After much research, I purchased this set in early 2020 so almost 5 years ago. I really wanted to love them but I hate them. With few exceptions (water, pasta sauce and soup), EVERYTHING I cook in these pans sticks and it is extremely difficult to clean them. I follow their instructions and use only low to medium heat and only oil or butter and everything sticks. It takes a minimum of 10 minutes to clean each pan after use using a melamine sponge and I have one pan that I have never been able to fully clean even after following their recommended cleaning method several times (see photo). On the positive side, these pans have not warped and I've noticed no scratches but due to the cleaning issue, I would not recommend these pans at all. This is one of my most disappointing purchases ever.

I have purchased green pan cookware before & I absolutely love them. I needed a new 8” sauté pan for omelettes so I naturally ordered another pan. These pans are terrific in cooking and sautéing with minimal oils. So, so glad I invested in this product
