I switched to Green Pan's Healthy non-stick pans a few years ago after my cancer diagnosis and I have never looked back! The GP5 Infinite8 technology is their best. I cook multiple times a day and my adult children also cook. These pans have been able to endure the beating of multiple uses daily.

The set is BEAUTIFUL and cooking feels like we are making something special. Very "posh". The gold handle on the lids get hot so use a mitt. It is the prettiest cookware we have ever had. Just lovely!

These pans were exactly what I was looking for. I’m tired of all the chemicals n everything we buy today.

I love these pans. Everything I’ve cooked with them so far has come out great and cleanup is a breeze. In addition to performing fantastic they look great too. They are sturdy but no too heavy and the handles stay cool to the touch when cooking. Definitely recommend .

I've been wanting to cook on healthier pans (instead of nonstick) but kept putting off the decision to purchase anything. I like to really read multiple reviews and think through larger purchases. I've cooked about 2 weeks worth of meals on these pans and another one I got as well. The surface is very resistant to sticking-- which is what I wanted. It's interesting though it does take a bit longer to heat up and they do tell you to wait 90 seconds to heat it up before cooking. I have a gas stove so my experience may be different, but I think I've gotten the hang of how long it retains heat, how long to heat up, etc. I really like them so far. I have been following their recommendation to not exceed a medium temp when using them, which has made cooking some things a bit longer. Also the navy color, my favorite color, is beautiful.

Best frypan ever. We purchased a set and love it so much that we are adding more to it. Great nonstick without teflon.

Still don't have my pans. Waiting over 2 weeks with little updates from the company. So far very disappointed with the service!

We absolutely love these pans! My husband bought me the Caraway pans for the holidays last year and they have been terrible since day one. Food always stuck to them and very quickly the pans were stained and scratched. Within 6 months they were essentially unusable which for pans that were so expensive was beyond disappointing. We bought 2 fry pans to try these out first and have loved them since day 1. They are so nonstick food has practically slid out of the pan and they have held up very nicely so far.

I’ve never researched cookware so extensively and I was happy to come across this product! The ease of cooking and cleaning because of the surface of these makes the tasks a breeze. They have a great weight and the set has great pieces for a comprehensive first set. I also liked the utensils and that they were fully silicone, although I would have liked them to be a bit larger in size. There’s a lot of talk these days around the safety of nonstick cookware and these kept me at ease. There’s new information about black plastic and utensils; it would be helpful to have safety issues clearly stated of these too, on the Greenspan site. The largest pot is a great size, although I realized quickly I’ll need to get one another size bigger. This may be because of the extent of cooking I do, and for a family. One note of caution: make sure to use fully silicone utensils; even though ones with wood or metal in between the handle and cooking surface look better, cooking with these are tricky bc you can’t tap the pot without seemingly causing damage - which is pretty typical in cooking. Unfortunately found that out the hard way. One other request would be for there to be a waterproof marketing piece that could be kept near/at the sink as a reminder of how to clean, just as people get used to them. We hacked this but it doesn’t look the best ;)

Really nice pan. Almost no oil used, & nothing stuck at all. Easy clean up as well Glass cover worked well, I could watch the eggs get cooked to perfection

Very high quality and durable pans! These seem like they will last long. Also the non stick works great! I highly recommend this set! So happy that my new pans are a healthy option as well.

I'm trying to eat greener these days, and have decided to replace my old aluminum-based workhorse pots and pans with GP. So easy to cook in. Super easy to clean. Five stars for sure.

Best skillet I've ever purchased. Worth the extra money for the quality and peace of mind knowing it is non-toxic. Time will tell how long they will withstand daily use, but so far I love it. :)

I purchased this small pan looking for a healthier way of cooking and to substitute the classical non stick one I had. After a few weeks of using it everyday for my breakfast I'm very pleased. It fulfilled all my expectations. The coating really works as a non stick. Weight is good and solid body. I like the handle because it does not transfer heat thanks to its fork attachment and its comfortable. Good choice.

I'm very pleased with this set. The design is simple but classic and sleek, and they are easy to clean. My one and only complaint is that they can be very heavy. I would still recommend them, though!
