A: All our products are manufactured in our factory outside of Hong Kong in China. We own our factory, which means we adhere to all U.S guidelines. We know the DNA of our products. We make our coating, we make our pans, we use recycled aluminum in all of our products. We make sure every product lives up to our standards. Our factory has its own wastewater treatment plant and 30% of our factory’s energy comes from solar panels on the roof. We also have our own in house research and development team working toward new advancements in healthier and better cooking. We have 50 employees dedicated to quality control, because the best thing we can do for you, and the environment, is to deliver a product that lasts.

A: The handle is about 7". The handles are made to stay cool but will heat with heavy cooking.
