Q: Can this curtain be washed in a washing machine?

Q: It says this shower curtain is waterproof. I need to make sure that I do NOT need a shower liner as well.

Q: Is this see-through? or is it translucent which lets in some light? Oris it totally opaque?

A: It is not opaque. More or less translucent but not transparent. If a person is behind the curtain, you can see that someone is there although you cannot make out any details.

I like it enough that I’ve had this same curtain for over 10 years…well not the same curtain of course. It is simple but provides a bit of privacy while still letting in light. Goes with many different home decor styles. We clean ours when we clean our shower each week and it extends the life a lot (I feel better not tossing as many in the trash). I find that depending on how well we keep up with this they last 6 months to a year. Another reviewer complained that it didn’t even have a hem. Given the price I don’t expect one nor would I want a hem that would moisture and bacteria.

This shower curtain is simple and gets the job done. I like the design but do note that the white dots that appear on thr packaging/photos are printed onto the curtain. It doesn't make or break it for me. I do wish that there was some weights on the bottom of it to hold it in place

It's true -- at $8.00, this is a cheap shower curtain. But it is so cheap that there are no hems, there are no metal grommets, just stamped plastic holes, sort of like hole punched :). The curling is something awful on both sides, the curling started as soon as I hung it; with day-by-day use, 18 days later, it has only gotten worse. I say it's unacceptable -- Target shouldn't sell it.

I only buy these decorative plastic sheets. I would rather have these then use a cloth instead. I feel like I replace these every three months or so and it works better than not.

My current bathroom is long and narrow, somewhat small. There is a light over the toilet and another over the bathtub but if I have the shower curtain is dark and spread out, the light over the bathtub, doesn't illuminate much of the bathroom. I decided I needed to find something sheer and came across this one. It's great looking and because it is both white and sheer it helps make my small bathroom look brighter. I love it!
