Ordered these and they got delivered and everything was soooo dirty. Had to return unfortunately. Very disappointed.

My daughter has had her play kitchen a year and I really haven't found the right toy foods for it until now. I can tell they thought anout a lot..like the play knife having a blunt tip..so smart. The feel is really nice and matte and I actually like that these aren't Velcro. Cute neutral colors that aren't all muted and the food is healthy! The canned olives are a bit random but I love the other foods...everything my daughter eats on almost a daily basis. For the price it's really great. Really falling for the Gigglescape brand.

My little ones love this set, so do I! They love how you can cut/pull the pieces apart the most. Love the little basket too!

Perfect addition to our play kitchen for my daughter. She’s very into pretend play with cutting fruits and veggies so this is right up her alley. The basket is also fun for her to put her pretend groceries in.

This is a great toy to inspire imaginations and help two year olds develop manual dexterity. But the best part is the fun!

The toys feel soft and nice quality. They go perfectly with our play kitchen and they are great for developing fine motor skills.

He was stoked to unwrap each piece and see what was hidden under the paper! The fruit pieces are made of a hollow sturdy rubber feeling material and they don’t have a strong smell at all. It’s easy for little hands (my guy is 2.5) to manipulate the pieces. He has enjoyed playing chef and making us all food. He wakes up now and wants to get his “real food!” And chop it up. I gifted this to my friend's two year old. He is loving it. My friend said her son plays with it everyday. It is educational at the same time. Very thoughtful.

My 1year old loves this basket came with a little knife and cutting board as well. Super cute!

Really great quality! Pieces click together which I like more than Velcro or magnets.

My son got one of the fruits in his food so my husband went to rinse it off. The paint immediately started coming off of it. He also noticed there are little holes in the fruit where water could get in and allow for mold growth. Very disappointed.

The sizes of the objects are large enough that I'm not worried about a baby or toddler choking. They were also fun for my 5 year old because it takes more coordination to use the knife to cut the objects. They are very good quality. I am not worried about the getting smashed or cracking. The basket is handy to put them in. I just wish it had a lid I received an incentive to write this review.

I like that it comes in a little basket to store them when they aren’t being played with. My favorite part of this toy is the fact that it comes with a cutting board a knife. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Children- 4 year old and 10 month old. I like this food play set compared to another set someone got for us. This set is plastic but it's a softer plastic. The outside is smooth and feels more real, which also makes it easier to grip. The pieces fit back together with a 'male' and 'female' parts versus velcro. I prefer no velcro more with the youngest because she won't hurt her gums when she chews on these. The only thing is when the pieces get scratched hard it makes a mark (photo with the grape). I received an incentive to write this review.

I like how the fruit and vegetables are squishy but I wish they went back together as easily as the Velcro wooden type does. My daughter did get frustrated trying to put them back together but I’m sure she will get the hang of it eventually! This is going to be a perfect addition to my kid’s play kitchen! I loved the variety of food and the amount of imaginative play that can come from this toy. The pieces are a little hard for him to put together but it’s a great challenge.
