I received a damaged cup , Do I keep it in my kitchen?? No, I throw it away as it’s not safe , I asked for refund they asked me to return it !!! Seriously!

held a funeral for my very favorite cup of many years which had the sheer audacity to teeter over the edge of the counter... and bought this one - the grip is friendly to the hand and the rounded glass is easy on the fingers (no sharp edges) - the double wall provides some insulation, tho not as much as a heavy pottery cup - it holds more than you’d think....it fully drains my Hot Shot water dispenser - it’s surprisngly sturdy...the double wall looks more fragile than it apparently is - the clear sides leave no doubt about cleanliness of the cup! — uit cleans up very easily with a plastic scrubby and drop of soap - the second cup is a ready backup — also can function as a soup repository
