wouldn't use anything else. Due to so many races being canceled, I actually took up pickleball. My friend asked to play with her and I thought it was a joke. I decided to play my first match (or whatever they're called) with my neighborhood group. I bought this pack because it was a best seller. Since I completed the match and felt great, I feel like these helped me. I tried all of the flavors included and here is how I would rank them: 1/2. Vanilla Bean/Chocolate Outrage (It's a toss-up. Both taste like pudding or CAKE !) 3. Salted Caramel 4. Tri-Berry 5. Strawberry Banana

HARD TO FIND THE VANILLA BEAN FLAVOR IN STOCK AT LOCAL RUNNING AND BICYCLE STORES I've tried a few flavors and I like the vanilla bean. Flavor is just a personal choice. I have still used the product when I couldn't get that flavor. Yesterday I did a 19.44 mile hike. I would not have been able to make it without an hourly GU. Target Rocks

GU energy gel works really well to restore your spent vigor from your workout. When you start feeling fatigued, or even before so, down a GU and some water. You will be glad you did. There are many flavors of GU, for some reason I am hooked on the vanilla.
