Guerlain Shalimar Eau de Toilette

I have recently returned to Shalimar after going perfume free for 20 years. It's a beautiful beautiful fragrance.

I have used Shalimar in the past and loved it. I decided to use again because after having Covid my sense of smell has been off and I don’t like any perfumes that are overbearing. The Eau De Toilette is just right.light fragrance and pleasing to smell.

Shalimar is my signatyre scent. It somehow brings to me a confidence, an allure. The scent never fails me, I wear it year round and receuve positive comments. The company delivers all promised great quality, excellent service, secure website.

My very favorite, never disappoints! Nothing can replace it as far as I’m concerned.

This is a nostalgic scent for me. Unfortunately I only found the ghost of the original scent I remembered with such warmth. The initial scent was masked with something that resembled a chemical, akin to a cleaner. That’s harsh, and I am sorry but it’s true. I did try this for a few days because the dry down was a hint of the classic Shalimar. I returned it.

My review says it all, I love Shalimar and wear it daily. I have and continue to re-ceive many compliments on it. I strongly recommend it.

I have been using Shalimar since the early 1980's exclusively.

My Mom has worn Shalimar exclusively for over 50 years. Recently, she has been unable to find it in mainstream stores. She was very disappointed and was resigned to the fact that she would have to find another fragrance. When I heard that my Mom had been out of Shalimar, and even my Dad missed it, I immediately remedied the situation. Just in time for her 75th birthday, and with her name engraved on her new bottle, she was so happy to receive this very special gift. I've been wearing Shalimar since my early teens. I'm 74. I remember a saleswoman suggesting I purchase a bar of Shalimar Savon to enjoy the full Shalimar experience. I have bathed with Shalimar since that time. Now, I can no longer purchase my beloved soap bar. Why is your bath bar no longer available?

Bought it for the wife she was happy as she was using Guerlain for many years.

Compared to the EDP, which I had a negative experience with the EDT I find is more mellowed and wearable and brings back memories of my Gran using Sudocream which I enjoy. Though part of me wishes I had bought a bigger bottle of this now because I really enjoy wearing this one quite a lot.

This has been my absolute favorite perfume, since I was in my very early 20s. I have purchased it over and over and over and I’ve always been absolutely delighted to call this my signature fragrance. It has probably been a year since I have bought a new bottle. The scent is very different, has no staying power and is even more expensive than it was. Not happy…

I've been using SHALIMAR for over 50 years and still like it. Its the best of woody sensual perfumes I've ever worn. I still have people asking what i am waring. Love it.
