A: There isn't a difference in color, but lighting when capturing the photos of the chair. The darker images are the best representation of the chair.

Quite attractive and comfortable. I use mine in front of my fireplace. Sits low, but comfortable for my 5'9" height. I question the long term durability of fabric, though attractive as delivered. Assembly very simple, just screw two parts together with 6 screws. But the instructions are complete nonsense, throw those out. It is obvious how it goes together.

Although it is not difficult to put the chair together, the instructions are worthless (written for an armless chair). Plus, the pieces really do not fit well. The frame is flat and the seat is curved so they do not attach well. We had to clamp the seat for several days to try and straighten it to get the screws to bite from the flat frame into the bowed seat base. Seriously, I've put together lots of furniture and this was one of the worst. Also, there were a couple gouges that had been poorly repaired on the frame. Just not good quality even for this price. Looks OK. Ours won't get much use, but I wouldn't recommend this for a chair that is used daily. Also, it is quite low to the ground. We kept it since this was the SECOND one we received. The first one's frame was broken. I was too lazy to haul this one back to the store, but if the screws pop out, I will return it.
