Haiku Organic Japanese Sencha Green Tea is traditional Japanese Green Tea made from the first flush of new buds and leaves. The buds and leaves are pan-fried to halt oxidation of the precious polyphenols and then rolled into tight curls, slowly dried and immediately packaged to seal in the fresh flavor and aroma. Our tea bags are made from unbleached natural fibers with individual cellophane wraps to preserve freshness. Includes sixteen 2 g tea bags of Haiku Green Tea. The ingredients in our products have been grown on certified organic farms, processed and packaged in certified organic factories and stored in certified organic warehouses prior to sale.
