Halifax TV Stand for TVs up to 60" - WyndenHall

I was very disappointed with the quality of this stand for the price I paid. I would expect this quality from a $150 piece of furniture, not one over $500. I did my best to cautiously assemble the stand, but had difficulties with misaligned holes and soft hardware. Even though the cam pins did not line up perfectly, I was hopeful that I could at least get the cam locks to snug down to provide an adequate connection. The first 4 cams I tightened broke, so I ended up leaving them barely tightened in fear of breaking any more. It did end up feeling pretty solid once it was fully assembled, but I credit that to the pieces that are screwed together and attaching the back panels. I gave up on attaching the doors because the hinge holes were either misaligned or missing and I twisted the head off the first screw even before it was tight against the hinge. I gave it 2 stars because I feel it is still solid enough to use as a tv stand despite the cam locks and looks okay without the doors.

appears to be quality material I just didn't like it came with a shiny stain on the top right of it. I put it all together myself and it took a very long time.

Arrived pretty fast . . . I think about 4-5 days. Pretty good quality, and fairly easy to put together. Pieces were individually marked which helped. Looks very nice in living room.

Looks great and the size is perfect. The material doesn’t feel like cheap wood. I was able to put it together on my own in about an 1hr.

I looked at a lot of items similar to this one. I am VERY happy with the size and quality!

This product was totally worth the purchase. Every piece arrived in a well packed box with no scratches or breaks. Each piece was individually wrapped and surrounded by thick styrofoam. This stand is heavy and appears to be very good quality with lots of screws to ensure a sturdy built. The only minor thing is that there are no holes behind the cabinets if you wish to run anything that might be plugged in inside those. However I just drilled out my own so I could run things like video game systems that are not used on a regular basis. Overall very good stand. One other minor note if you are using the top shelf for a sound bar it will likely need to be scooted all the way to the edge. My sound bar was getting a cave like echo until I moved it up to the edge and now seems to sound normal.

Was very pleased to see that this media stand was solid wood as promised (no veneers). It is sturdy & looks very classy. The wood color is very dark brown but you can tell that it is brown & not black. I would def buy this again!

I have been searching high and low for a decently priced TV stand that was also at a higher quality and this piece was it! I was skeptical to purchase a "cheaper" piece of furniture from Target because I was trying to replace my current cheap TV stand and wanted something more adult. However, the reviews were awesome and the look of this stand matched my living room perfectly. I am so happy I bought this piece, it looks great! Putting it together was very easy - my husband and I did it together. The only thing I will note about assembly is that we had to drill our own holes in order to put on the front doors; the pre drill holes did not seem to be in the right place. I also did not put the backing on this piece and I think it makes it look even better.

For this price point, I thought the quality and finish of the tv stand is very good. It came packed/secured very well in the box. Hardware was nicely separated making the install easier. There was a strong odor (from the finish) out of the box which lasted a week or so. My only knock is on the instructions. There are a few steps that aren't super clearly marked, and it is fairly easy to assemble some pieces the wrong way and then you don't find out until a few steps later when a hole doesn't line up correctly.

Waited days to receive, but finally got it and easy to assemble. Looks great in my living room. Love it.

I love the look of this TV stand. it is darker in person than it shows up online- its closer to an espresso blackish brown. My 55" TV fits perfectly, and i love that it has a shelf just for my sound bar. Now my sound bar doesn't cover up the bottom bit of my TV like it was on my old stand. My only complaint is about the assembly. The majority of it went together pretty easily, but it was time consuming still. We had a little problem with the backing. there were no pre-cut holes. Even worse was attaching the doors to the cabinet... the pre-drilled holes did not line up at all with where the door hinges were supposed to be attached. It took some finagling but we finally go the doors attached. (a little crooked, but hey, its personal!) If you're easily frustrated when assembling furniture, I recommend having a friend for assistance. but overall i love this TV stand. It has a spot for all of our electronics and looks great in our living room.

It was a bit darker then I expected but the quality is excellent, especially for the price I paid.

This isn't expensive fine furniture -- but it's great family furniture! This is the perfect piece to hold our new 50" TV. The storage on either side is out of sight, but here are still plenty of places for accessories. It takes time to put together, but it is not hard to do. The color is darker than our espresso end tables, but it blends very nicely. Love the design.

Was lengthy to put together but looks nice. Screws for handles were not long enough and my husband had to get different ones.

assembling this item was very time consuming, so many parts, and without an electric drill to screw anything in felt like forever!!! The doors were the toughest and one is slightly higher than the other, which was due to difficulty installing into the hard to see pre made holes. But since that was the last thing to install by then we were so tired and over it that a few mm of unbalance was not that big of an issue. Overall we love the piece, the color is sleek and nice, the height is perfect to hold our 50" tv without having to mount on the wall. Lately most tv stands are only about 2ft so finding something tall for this price was a super great deal! Take advantage of the coupon codes and save yourself some money, I believe overall we were able to knock off about $60-80 on this item!

We were even more impressed with this product than we thought we would be. It is very stylish with a rich look. It enhances the overall look in our living room. Looks much more expensive than it is.

I was a bit hesitate when I placed this order as typically funiture these days is made very cheaply. However this does have wood veneers. Very strong. Total box weighted 80lbs and needed a signature to required for pick up . keep this in mind when ordering. assembly time took 1.5 hrs. with 2 people. I was comparing these units with solid wood units which were selling $1,000 Therefore, this will deliver bang for the buck. doors work nicely and middle shelf is great for a sound bar.

Beautiful piece of furniture but is definitely darker than the photo, more of an expresso color almost black in some lighting. Looks very classy in the living room.

This was just as expected. Beautiful and durable piece. My husband and I were expecting a difficult assembly after reading the reviews, but it only took a little over an hour to assemble. There were a lot of screws to put in, but with two of us working at it we accomplished it efficiently.
