Q: hey how long after you decorate them they will last
submitted by cbill - 3 years ago
A: Hi Asker - We appreciate your interest in the Halloween Gingerbread Dog Treats. The biscuits will not degrade any faster once decorated than if in their box; you just need to be careful handling decorated treats over days to ensure candies do not fall off. It is safe to say someone can decorate treats for their pet a couple of weeks in advance and give as gifts with no problem. Have a great day! - Shatia

These Halloween gingerbread dog treats were a huge hit with the kids! We had a blast decorating them with spooky designs, and it was a fantastic activity for the whole family. However, our furry friend wasn't as thrilled with the taste as we were! Despite the lack of enthusiasm from our pup, the quality of the treats themselves was great, and the decorating experience was a lot of fun. So, while they may not have been a hit with our dog's taste buds, they certainly added some festive fun to our Halloween celebrations!

Cute but upset dog's belly

These were really cute and fun to make, but like other reviewers, this gave one of my dogs really bad diarrhea and it was days with feeding her chicken and rice before her stomach normalized. My other dog was completely fine, but to be safe, neither will be eating the rest of these cookies. My dogs have never had any previous food sensitivites either, so it was odd she reacted this way.

My 5th & 7th grader loved these! My picky dog loved them too. Please release Thanksgiving & Christmas versions of this. Especially for the kids are aren’t into gingerbread/sugar cookies, or the older kids who are over decorating cookies for themselves, this is brilliant. My kids loved seeing the dog eat their treats.
missing frosting

the box i got did not have the orange frosting, not worth it to go get a new one. it was still pretty cute to decorate. i don’t know if i’ll feed them to my dogs based on other reviews but they would be nicer if i had the orange.

Cute to make but it upset both of my dog’s stomachs and the frosting colors gave my dogs some really weird colored diarrhea… I’ll spare the details. Better off making human cookies for yourself and buying healthy treats for your dogs.

It’s fun to decorate the gingerbreads but it’s not healthy for dogs.

This is literally a cookie, with frosting and candy. Not something you should be feeding a dog :(
