Really adorable but didn't fit my dog so I had to return it

Great costume for our golden retriever. He looked so cute in it.

For the price, this was a really good quality costume. It looked adorable when my dog could tolerate the hoodie being on his head, and the fuzz was super soft. He was very comfortable in it until it got too warm out, which is a huge plus!

Sizing totally off. My staffy weighs about 70 and couldn’t even get large over his head. Disappointed since he’s mommy’s little monster!

Very cute! Easy to put on! She didn't like the head piece over her ears, but it still looks cute once she shook it off her head.

Impossible to put on. Bought this hoping to make my puppies first Halloween good instead I couldn't. Usually costumes have strap ons to make it easy to put on however you have to put this costume over the dog and put each paw inside the costume. Most dogs will obviously fight over this and even if not it's impractical.

For starters, I'd gladly pay a few extra bucks for velcro straps underneath instead of the extremely snug head/leg holes. It was a bit of a squeeze to fit my aussie and I bought an XL. Other than that one gripe, it's good enough to snap some pics and then free your pet lol. It feels like it'd be uncomfortable for longer periods of time.

Runs VERY small! I have a medium sized dog and this wasn’t even close to fitting. Also in the struggle to try it on her so much of the fur came off.

This description is not right. For a large it says the neck is 18 to 24 inches. My pups neck is 20. I measured it 3 times. It won't even fit over his head. I measured the hole and it's only 5 inches across with no stretch!! So upset.

RUNS SMALL- purchased a small for our cat and we can get it over its head. Tried to cut it down the middle and use it more as a vest but the “hood” is too short. Size up! It’s super cute. Going to order a medium and hope for the best!

This one piece works well on him and I love all the colors and details on the costume. He's a larger dog (boxer) so I am glad Target made larger sizes❤️

Completely agree with the other review. i bought a small for our 17 pound dog who has a 13 inch neck and a 19 inch chest. Fell well within the recommended range. In store the medium seemed huge. We could not get the small over his head at all. I cut a little bit of the neck thinking it would clear his head but then we still could not get it over his head fully and comfortably around his neck. There was 0% chance it would fit around his chest. So, knowing I couldn’t return it after cutting it a little bit, I cut it fully down the middle center and had him step in the arm holes (thinking I could sew in Velcro straps and even then it was snug around his arms and back. I double checked to make sure an extra small didn’t end up on the small hanger but it was a small. I am planning on ordering him a medium because it seemed so large in the store but considering a large maybe. lol. 3 stars because it is incredibly cute.

Cute, but runs super small! My 13 lb dog (not overweight) doesn’t fit into a size small. Definitely size up one or two sizes! It is kinda hard to get on as well.
