Received so many compliments from this costume. It was a tad snug on our 9 month old girl but still fit and she was able to crawl around in it.

The head piece is not sold separately. It did not fit our child in the 12-18 month size. The strap under the chin is too short. Another customer has the same review on Happy Halloween Costumes.com except theirs was 6-9 month.
