The shirt is wayyyyy too small about 3-4 sizes too small! The XL is like a girl’s size 8-10, but the skirt is large (skirt is about true sizing)!! The ‘belt’ is padded polyester and the edges where the pattern should show its cut/sewn very poorly. Hat fits, has a pinkish red band around it; there’s a bandana which is a piece of polyester fabric (it’s the best part of the whole outfit). Skirt is oversized and has a twisted waistband. Shirt too small to wear, has white cuffs (would’ve been cute if they used an adult sized pattern instead of a kid’s sized pattern).
