Whether you're using these cough suppressant drops for sore throat relief, cough relief or as an oral anesthetic, dissolve one drop in your mouth slowly, and repeat every two hours as needed. HALLS Relief throat lozenges are formulated for adults and children five years and older. The resealable bag makes it easy to keep these cough drops on hand. A: Hello Barbara! Our HALLS ML SF (Sugar Free) MOUNTAIN MENTHOL does contain an artificial sweetener. It contains Acesulfame K (sometimes called "Ace K"), an artificial sweetener which the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) or CFIA has approved for use in many foods and beverages. It is used in some Mondelez International products and is included on the label in the list of ingredients.

Barely any menthol compared to the Target brand. Taste more like menthol flavored candy. Not worth the price. Ineffective to soothe cough and sore throat.

They are for managing a cough without the sugar. They are sugar free and if you are watching your sugar intake then these are the right choice, but I would like a little more of the menthol affect. They are very helpful to help you if you have a cough or scratchy throat.

I was excited to see what is a new to me flavor as an option and I enjoyed the little bit of change. I’m usually a honey lemon girl or the halls in the black package that is like SUPER strong when I’m really struggling but this is a great option to have, the flavor was very nice.

They are for cough but they also have an antiseptic to relieve throat irritation. The flavor is mountain menthol. What I like about these is that they are sugar-free. They work great to open my sinuses. I have allergy issues and these are amazing for giving me breathing relief. Halls has always put out a high quality product and this is no exception. Very high quality and you can trust their products to always be safe. I would recommend this product to everyone.

I like to keep these on hand and even some in my purse just in case I need them. I usually prefer cherry flavor but this flavor also tastes good and is not overwhelming!

Halls Relief Mountain Menthol Sugar Free Cough drops, are perfect for the diabetics, and non-diabetics in the family. They are easy to take and travel with. The menthol works really well to relieve sore throats and clear my stuffy nose. Some cough drops are not menthol-y enough, and some are too strong. This is perfect enough to relieve cold symptoms! Highly recommend!

These cough drops do what they are supposed to, but I really dislike the flavor. There’s a slight black licorice taste to them which grosses me out. Avoid if you don’t enjoy that taste.
