Q: Almost 4 month old. What size sleep sack should I buy?
A: HALO here. We recommend looking at the weight of your baby and then the height when determining the correct size to use. If your child is within 23-26 inches and 10-18 lbs., you may want to look into a size small (0-6 months). Just be sure that your baby has room to stretch out their legs.

Q: Can you use the 3 way sack with arms out instead of this when the baby starts rolling?
A: HALO here! Yes, you can use the SleepSack Swaddle in the arms out position. However, when your baby shows signs of breaking free from the SleepSack Swaddle or rolling over, we recommend transitioning to a Wearable Blanket. You can do this by swaddling your baby for a few nights with one arm out, then two arms out of the swaddle. Your baby will still have the secure feeling of the swaddle while gradually adjusting to having their arms free.

Q: By the time my baby would fit in this sleep sack, it would be June/July in Wisconsin. Would this be too warm for that time of year?
A: Hi there, it depends on what temperature you plan on keeping your house/nursery and what baby wears underneath. This item has a TOG value of 1 and is suitable if the home is around 68-70 degrees. If the home is on the warmer side you could have baby wear just a diaper or a short sleeve onesie, if the house is on the cooler side you can dress baby in a long sleeve onesie or footie pjs. The best way to know if baby is at a comfortable temperature is to check baby's chest and back. They should be warm and dry, not sweaty or cold.
