This tea kettle was great while it lasted, but the problem is that I bought this less than 6 months ago and it has already quit working. No warning, no issues, it just stopped heating up one day and that was that. Of course, I can't return it so it's all been a waste.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this as a gift and use it daily to heat up water. I boils water quickly. I enjoy being able to view the temperature because I like my water to boil for at least one minute before using. It's been reliable and just about my favorite kitchen appliance.

I purchased this because I live at the base of the Rocky Mountains (slightly above 5,000 ft). If you set it to 212, it only reaches 203 and boils and boils and boils in an attempt to reach 212! It steamed up everything near it. It’s only possible to run it at the 2nd highest temperature which defeats the purpose of purchasing it to make my french press coffee at altitude (water boils at a lower temperature).

Best decision ever on purchasing this kettle, Its super fast, good quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using an electric kettle for years, but this one TAKES THE CAKE! It is fast, "adjustable" and safe. You can set it to keep warm. You NEVER have to worry about it running dry...IT WILL SHUT OFF (!) if/when the water boils away. AND, MAN is it FAST! You barely have time to find your tea bag and cup! If you use boiled water for instant coffee, tea or "cup of soup" type drinks, you need this! Also, if you use a French Press or single cup drip, this is the best!

I love that I can select the temperature to boiling (ideal for cooking with) or just choose a lower setting (allowing me to drink my beverage faster). The kettle beeps three times when the water reaches the desired temperature and turns itself off, this feature is great because I don't have to pay close attention to it and do other things while the water gets hot. I love the warm option too! It's very convenient. This electric kettle doesn't only work great, it also looks beautiful in my kitchen. I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently added the Professional Digital Kettle to my appliances. I love the fact that it will heat an entire pot of water in just minutes. Great for when I have a group of friends over because some like hot tea, hot cocoa , and still others coffee.You can select whatever temperature you like and you can also set the timer to keep it hot for up to 1 hour. It is a nice sturdy kettle and definitely of professional quality. The only thing I would change would be to put a more ergonomic handle for smaller hands. I would definitely recommend this kettle to anyone.

This feature allows me to make the perfect cup of tea, cocoa, or French Press coffee. There is a programmable start time, auto shutoff, current water temperature reading, and keep warm setting in 15 minutes increments up to 60 minutes. The cordless kettle is easy to use and keep clean. Looks great on the counter, too!

The tea is stronger and more flavorful, as well. This is one of those appliances I assumed wasn’t necessary, but it’s definitely upped my tea making game.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This kettle is for the person who wants the EXACT temperature for his/her green tea, white tea, black tea, french press coffee, and hot cocoa! It is not for the person who simply wants to flip a switch and get boiling water. It must be programmed. One puts in the current time, and then one can program a start time. As mentioned previously, one can program it for the aforementioned beverages, or one can program it for a different temperature. It is a beautiful addition to a kitchen countertop, and it goes particularly well with a stainless steel kitchen. The instructions do warn, however, that with time there could be discoloration due to the heating aspect. I've added a picture of it taken right out of the box with a label indicating all the things that it can be used for or do. Obviously, one should peel off the label before using. Another picture show that the cord can be wound out of the way on the bottom of the base. The base does take up more room than the other kettles I have had due to the various buttons such as the on/off, the time setting, and the programming buttons, so if one doesn't have a lot of counter space, this should be taken into account.There is also a "Keep warm" button and one must set the desired Keep Warm time ahead of starting the heating up of the water. The water level window is on the side where the handle for the kettle is and this is not easy to read at a quick glance, but I believe that aesthetically, it was probably the right place for it. There is an "open" button at the top of the handle. One simply needs to press it and the lid to the kettle pops open. There is also a "close" push pad on the top of the kettle's lid. This kettle also has an "anti-scale mesh filter" which is inside the spout. It is supposed to prevent the particles caused by lime and calcium in hard water from being poured out of the kettle, according to the instructions, and should be cleaned periodically. SInce I haven't had the kettle long, I haven't needed to do this, so I'm not sure how long it would be between cleaning the filter times or how difficult a task this will be. All in all, if you feel the need for all of these programmable items, this is definitely the kettle for you. It has most everything you could want in a digital kettle. I must admit, however, that I do prefer the much simpler to use and elegant looking Hamilton Beach glass kettle where the markings for the water level are in white on the front of the glass and all I have to do is flip a switch for boiling water.

I like the size as I can now heat 7 cups of water & keep the water warm in between customers. I also like that I can set & regulate the temperature for different types of products & customer needs. The filter is also a plus as it filters the sediment found in our water system. I didn't give 5 stars because the digital read out was difficult to see.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The digital kettle works great and heats water quickly. I like that there are several different temperatures settings. I can heat to boiling, which makes the beverage too hot to drink right away, or there is a lower setting which gets the water to almost boiling, but I can drink my beverage a little sooner. It has a warm feature which will keep the water warm if I choose not to use the water right away. The only downfall is that the opening is rather small and makes cleaning out the inside a little difficult.
