The quality seems to have gotten worse over the years. The material doesn’t seem as soft as they once were and they are not holding up in the wash. While they are fairly cheap, it might be time to spend a little more for better quality.

The product is great, but the online process of ordering was problematic. I received an email telling me that the item I ordered was no longer in stock at the store of my choice. So, I changed stores and ordered XL, but when the order was placed it must have defaulted to S, which was pulled for me. Upon opening the package, I noticed the wrong size. I returned the item...that went fine. Then I was told to go find the size I wanted. None in my size was in stock. Had to chose another item. Probably won't order online again. Too much hassle.

This is my favorite type of underwear. I am a big fan of the fabric and boxer brief type style. I purchased the product in small and I find that it fits me very well. For reference my waist is 28’ and I’m 5ft 7in. Hanes continues to deliver on quality.

My husband love these cooling sets!

I have always been a fan of their products but these are disappointing. The top of the waist band is nice but the elastic protrudes out of the bottom of the waist band and irritated the skin.

I liked the quality of the shorts..

The most comfortable underwear. But omg they look horrible.

Not as high quality as previous purchases of the same style. The label is falling off after wearing them the first time. This seems like a major quality issue and now I'm worried about what else will start to unravel after they are worn a few more times.

The rise is high on tge black ones. The gray were lower. I will look elsewhere next time.
