Don't have a fabric tape measure? Use a shoelace or pant leg to measure. Then, lay it flat & use a ruler or tape measure to get a numerical measurement.

How to measure

  • Waist

    Bend slightly to one side. The crease is where your natural waistline is. Measure a comfortable loose, level line around that point.

  • Inseam

    Take a pair of pants that fit well. Now measure along the seam from the crotch to the leg opening.

First, size UP! Hanes, along with so many companies, is cutting corners and shrinkflating--the waistband is way too small and tight. Not what they used to be. Also, THERE IS NO POUCH!!!! Misleading advertising. The waistband is also scratchy as ****. Horrid.

Why are women posting reviews for mens underwear? These underwear are stylish, comfortable and provide ample support for regular, everyday activity. I usually wear size medium. I exchanged them for size large. Much Much Better!!

The length bothers him, and he much prefers other Hanes styles that don't pinch his delicates. The leg openings are too small, as they also pinch him, and he isn't a big guy. He wears medium or large depending on how things fit. I would say size up if you purchase this style.

Also, (probably not the fault of the boxer briefs) they do ride up and bunch up like regular briefs. I do have bigger legs so that's probably why. Overall, I don't think I'd get theese again. I feel they may be fit for somebody with a different body type than mine.

The texture and pattern on these are great, but I can't wear them doing any type of active work or workout. The leg compartments curl and ride up on the thighs. They are however very soft and comfortable and breathable and I will wear them to sleep or just around the house when not too busy.
