Like others have mentioned, these were my go to socks and they lasted months without damage. I recently bought new ones and the quality is terrible. Super thin and the elastic on top breaks easily causing the socks to fall down. I’ve compared the new ones to my old ones and the new ones have holes in them after a few wears. Do NOT buy. You’ll waste your money of cheap material.

I have been buying these socks for years and they are now very poor quality. They are not soft, are very thin, and are scratchy. They also don’t stay up. I wear a size 7 and the 5-9 size always used to fit. Now they seem very small. They also got holes in them after a few wears. These have become terrible, very disappointed.

The second I took them out of the bag I was shocked at how crappy these socks were. I was not expecting such poor quality. I mean they are socks... and Hanes is a known underwear/sock brand. How did you get these so wrong!? They are not soft at all. They are rough and prickly. Literally prickly! They are so thin, I can see my skin through them, and the crew part of the sock that should be tight and stay up around your ankle/lower calf is so loose it falls down! Like theres no elastic or its waaay to weak. There's nothing good about these socks! Just garbage!

I love these socks. They are comfortable, mostly cotton with some stretch, and a soft toe seam that never hurts. They wash and dry beautifully. Unfortunately, they don't last very long. They get holes under the heels after 8 to 9 wearings. I am 75 years old, so this is not hard wear - just around the house and trips to the store in sneakers or boots.

I used to buy these packs of socks and the pairs would last for 2-4 years with normal use. Hanes has changed the "formula" and these now develop holes in the sole under my toes after just a few months of use. I buy them because they are comfortable and the right height on my calves but wish there was a better option. It's really "fast fashion" and a low quality product with a short life.

They worked and held shape and color fine but half of them developed holes in the toes at 5 months of use. I’m a women’s 6.5 and they fit fine. My feet were never damp or uncomfortable at work but I never tried exercising with them.
