Q: Why does your size chart start at XS but I can only find M as the smallest size at most places? My mom is a size S, M is too large for her!

As I had bought this exact item many times before, I washed them before wearing. Upon putting them on, I found they were a full 1 1/4 inches shorter than the previous ones. I am 5'9" and needed the length so now I find myself with 12 pairs of briefs I cannot wear. I'm so disappointed that these aren't the same as I bought before. They look exactly like them but certainly aren't the same size.

Absolutely no stretch, I sized up and it's too tight when you walk. Also, the gusset is attached and doesn't breathe well. Great colors though! I'm happy with all the cotton too!
Love these but only come in sizes up to 10 now.

A year ago I bought a 6 pack of these briefs in a size 13 with the JMS brand. I absolutely love them. Am looking for them again and can only find them in the Hanes brand with the largest size being a 10. Hanes: please bring back the larger sizes of these briefs.

But when i ordered, it showed me a neutral color pack coming as assorted, YET what arrived was an assortment of undesirable shades like bright royal blue, bright violet & grandma florals - not what i was led to believe was in the "assort pack". I do not think i would be ordering from your online store again.

These have to be the most uncomfortable underwear ever. I followed the sizing chart and even went a size up from what I normally wear to account for shrinking. There is no stretch to them and they dig in so badly. Don’t waste your money on these.

Buy one size up to account for the first wash and dry to shrink! I normally would buy a medium but I wanted a comfier fit for these so I got a 7 which is equal to a large and they’re amazing after they shrank the tiniest bit! I love love loooveeee the cotton feel. No wedgies and no riding up anywhere! And they have enough coverage that they don’t leave underwear lines! I love the higher waist too. I got two packs and love them more everyday — and 100% a better thing all around than wearing recycled plastic bottle fabric (talking to you, polyester) on your reproductive organs hahaha!

Ive been wearing this underwear for as long as I can remember. The quality has changed over the years but the thing that upsets me the most is they keep getting rid of the smaller sizes. They stopped making size 4, and now they don't make size 5 anymore? A lot of women are less than 130 lbs and wont fit into your smallest size anymore. It's a shame I have to keep wasting money looking for underwear I like.

If you put them in the dryer you'll never get to wear them. I washed them after I bought them and never even got a chance to wear them they shrunk so much.

I love these underwear. Love that the waistband is covered in cloth. Love the softness, love the colors (although I would prefer all to be printed instead of solid, but no one sells sets of prints only). I can only say good things about these.
