I have digestive issues so I get these when I'm having trouble with solid foods. This one doesnt have very good flavor, has a super bland taste. Its a bit pasty feeling in my mouth.

The texture was easy for her to sip straight from the pouch. She carried and drank it until it was gone, so the flavor agreed with her. No coughing or spitting out, as she's done in the past when something doesn't taste good. I smelled it when I opened it for her, and it did smell like something I would drink as a smoothie. Overall, she ate it, happily. Would buy again!

The 4 oz pouch is perfect for her small stomach and it only contains 90 calories. It is USDA Certified Organic and I feel great feeding if to my child. My daughter does not like carrots so I was pleasantly surprised that she enjoyed this snack. This pouch is portable and shelf stable. I like to keep some in my diaper bag for on the go meals. The lid can be put back on the pouch which means that I never have to worry about uneaten food going to waste. I highly recommend these convenient and mess free pouches to all parents who want to feed their children healthy food.
