Q: Why don't you say if this is gluten and dairy free? Saying it does not contain any of the top 9 major allergens doesn't tell me anything.

My toddler loves these. We always have a couple in her bag, incase hunger strikes. I would not use these as a replacement for a fresh vegetable, but they are good as backups or snacks.
