The Harbinger 4" nylon belt offers the best all around support for lifting while adjusting to the lifter's body. It doesn't have to be "broken in", and, no matter how short (or how short the space between hips and lower ribs) the lifter is, it doesn't cause any discomfort or damage to the ribs and hips, as is frequently the case with tough, thick leather belts. The velcro covers a wide enough area to secure the belt in place and it won't come off, no matter how heavy the lift is.

I love this belt. It fits nice and snug. I’ve always used Harbinger’s gloves During my workouts for years now. Had to try this belt out from loyalty alone. It holds up well during my workouts. Comfortable feel while wearing. Nylon material looks strong and sturdy. Like the black base color with the red Harbinger emblem.

4" Belt has No Foam Core so a bit Thinner than 5" Foam Core Belt. Solid. I wear Extra Large and the belt holds firm with only 1" Velcro to Velcro adhesion.

Bought this belt when I first started weightlifting and I've been using it for years. It's a great all around belt for weightlifting, squatting and other strength exercises. It's light and compact but provides great support.
