This is the clumsiest, most poorly written children’s book I have yet read. The cadence and rhyming is so off, so unnatural, and with with such little care to produce a quality product that a person cannot read it aloud in an enjoyable way. I’m not being petty, read it aloud if you don’t believe me and you’ll agree, this book does not deserve the Dr. Seuss label. It’s like it’s written by a third rate English student right before class starts, no editorial oversight, and then they just publish it. Maybe my expectations for some semblance of quality is unreasonable? Naw, if You’re going to sell a product, put in enough effort that it at least looks like you might care.

I am an art teacher. I love to use children's literature with my art lessons enriching my students across the curriculum. We sang Baby Shark before I introduced our shark collage and when the students were working read them facts about sharks. A great lesson ! Thanks . Hark! A Shark
