Q: I almost bought this earlier today, but neither the box nor three of your staff could tell me: are the films shown in LETTERBOX (preferred) or standard format? I had a similar problem with the ALIEN film series. Why don’t you list it on the box?
A: This information is on the back of every DVD Case- it is listed as aspect ratio, anything other than 4:3 is letterboxed.

Q: what is the difference between dvd and blu-ray
A: The difference is in resolution. Blu-rays are in high definition, while dvds are in standard definition. Dvds can work with blu-ray players. However, blu-ray cannot be played on DVD players.
submitted byJon - 4 years agoA: DVD and Blu ray are 2 different devices, DVD won't work on a Blue ray player and Blue rays won't work on DVD players.

Q: does the 4k movies have Chinese subtitles?
