We unpacked the individual pieces and started putting it together for a Christmas gift to our children. When we turned the pool table part over the blue felt was totally ripped. This item did not have any outside damage to the packaging. It seems like the company package it with a huge rip in it. Returning this huge table was going to be very very hard to do and that would leave no Christmas gift for our children. We just wanted money for us to get the felt top replaced but was refused. Target was not very customer friendly. Might not shop with them in the future.
