Looks just like the website. The legs are a little short, making the bench very low. Since my bedframe and box spring are low as well, the bench does not look too small. It was delivered on time and all I had to do was screw on the legs to the bench. There is good space for storage. If used as storage for the foot of the bed, I think it looks best with full or queen size mattress.

The bench arrived having some brown spots, and it looks like a kids room couch. Also when I returned it to the store they wouldn't give my money back on my original payment, but gave me a gift card.

This was a great piece of furniture for the price. Even though we paid close attention to the measurements, it still seems smaller than we anticipated, but we still like it and it works for the purpose! We used it in front of a window in our living room as blanket storage

Not very comfy but being a storage bench, I figured it wouldn't be so that's ok. But not pleased with how low it is. Seat is only 14 inches high. I bought some taller legs for it. Otherwise not bad for the price. I have it below my front bay window with two pillows.

I realize I am not paying a lot for this item but it was very cheap looking and much smaller in person than I had thought. I did look at the measurements, the height is that of the top of the arm so the seat is very low. To be honest it looks like child's couch and would adorable as such.

The quality is nice. minimal effort to put together. however, this would be more useful as a siting bench next to the front door. When I read ottoman, I was expecting something that could be placed at the foot of the bed. This however, is way too short. we have a normal bed frame (i.e., not on risers), and we do not have a box spring. For us to use this ottoman, we would have to get rid of our bed frame- which isn't happening. I am also a short person (4'11), so when I say short- I mean it comes about 1.5 ft high. hence, we are returning it.

Nice bench, though a little shorter in height than I expected. I do like it, though. The packaging was fine, and the bench was protected in the box. Instructions on assembly were clear. The only negative is that the screws were out/stripped on on the hinges for the storage compartment. I shoved them back in, but I don't think I will be able to get them to "bite" if I try to screw them in. We just will have to be careful when we open & close the lid. Not worth it to send it back for another one.

I love this bench! It's excellent quality and arrived mostly assembled. We just had to screw on the legs (took 5 minutes). It is shorter than I had thought, but this works out well for us as it sits at the end of our bed and doesn't stick up past the bed frame. Very stylish, and has been very durable. The storage isn't a ton of space, but I am able to fit 4-6 large blankets in it!
