A: I have seen some of the dolls advertised with the cap and gown in the box and not sold separately. I would like to order the cheer captain doll with the cap and gown option if possible.

I disliked the fact that my team Capt Alyssa did not wear under garments. The doll is a Cheer leader, without under garments...was it an oversight , Manufactured not detail oriented, and to me it made the doll dress incomplete...the doll is nice size and it was for a honor roll gift to a seven year old... With the purpose of planting a seed to HBCU College Bound .Rated this doll a four based on its representation of a HBCU...more thought could've been given to the realization of Hair, and the representation of a cheerleader.

My daughter loved this doll. Unfortunately by day 3 the hair was matted and a mess. We had to return it I must have gotten a defective doll. The hair looked as bad as my poodles hair when he needs a groom.

An absolutely beautiful doll. Was pleasantly surprised that she was much taller than expected; like a little person. A little pricey but for me worth the buy for my 5yr old grandaughter who attended a cheer camp and loved it. Can't praise the designer enough for purposely helping our little girls to know the beauty of their blackness. The "HBC You" is a priceless bonus and ever so clever. Great segue for educating on what these institutions are and what they have to offer.

Hope wears the most adorable outfit complete with an HBCyoU t-shirt, a letter jacket, and white plastic sneakers, all washable. Hope is sure to inspire.

Both the pom-poms and the shoes are removable. Quality cheer uniform and the facial detail are impressive. Her hair is very soft. The doll's sizing is standard so other outfits fit easily.

I got this HBCyoU Student Body President Doll for my granddaughter and she loves it. My daughters are so excited to see the representation. This is perfect. From her skin to her hair, to the clothing, the quality is excellent. The only thing I'd say is that I thought her complexion would be darker and the hair either thicker or coarser. Overall we love her and she will be enjoyed for years to come.
