Hi Roisinm1, Thank you for taking the time to get in touch with us about this, and I'm really sorry you're unhappy. What you've described is not something we would expect. We have seen that using too much product or using a product that is not suitable for your hair type can cause the hair to feel like there is build up after rinsing out all the product. You could try switching to a product more suitable to your hair type and needs and washing your hair more frequently to prevent a build-up of products.
