Tastes good. Very light so you might want to add some salt— though I didn’t feel the need to. I don’t feel like cooking when I wake up so these Healthy Choice meals are great for a quick & simple breakfast that’s not too heavy. It also cuts down on dishes because it comes with its own dish I can rinse & recycle after.

It had a very nutty off taste to it; idk why it was just awful; the broccoli by the time it was done "steaming" looked dried out and it was very flavorless, didn't even taste like broccoli anymore; the chicken was bland and I don't know what was going on with the sauce but certainly didn't taste like alfredo. Save your money and get anything else but this, better yet make your own; even if you screw up your own sauce it'll still taste way better than this was.

Delicious! Tight amount of vegetables and chicken and healthy for under 300 calories and filling. The sauce is a little bland it needs more of a cheesy flavor to it.

This was awful and I know, I know-- it's a frozen meal so we have to cut it some slack because of course it's not going to be super delicious. But when I reheated this for dinner and sat down and ate it, I couldn't help but be transported to an Orange is the New Black episode and pretend I'm eating prison food. Alfredo sauce has 0 flavor, not even salt, it's equivalent to eating runny wallpaper paste. Broccoli was fine, and chicken felt akin to the chunks you find in dog food. If you love yourself, please get any other frozen meal. If you hate yourself, this is perfect for you,
