My biggest problem can be resolved if these comments are actually read! most of the veggies in my plate had transitioned from their side to the rice and meat side.. this is because the divider that separates the two is lower that the border of the tray and allowed the veggies to move around (suggestion raise that center divide to match the border of the tray itself)... the veggies that were left on the correct side became VERY dry because there was not enough steam to keep them moist. The meal itself was tasty just the packaging hendered my experience

I just tried this meal and loved it! Definitely give it a chance. I eat a lot of different frozen meals and I thought the entire meal was great and the chicken tasted fantastic. Healthy Choice, this one is a winner and I am definitely trying the others and purchasing this again and again!

The vegetable have too much pepper and spice.

There was way too much pepper and spice on the vegetable but the chicken was bland. I rinsed the vegetable off in hot water and mixed them with the chicken and rice which improved everything but I wouldn't buy it again.

I was disappointed in this dish. I don't know what they've done to the vegetables, but they were so heavily spiced that I could not eat them. By contrast, the chicken was incredibly bland. It appears to have been reconstituted to look like a chicken breast. The only reason I can bump up my rating from a 2 to a 3 is that I found the grains quite okay.

I bought this recently as I am now on a restricted fat diet. Seeing the flavor combination excited me. Tasting it, however, gave me a brutal reality check. The chicken had a tough styrofoam consistency. I couldn't stomach it...and I am very fervent about not wasting food. I managed to eat the vegetables (which oddly enough I enjoyed) and the rice (a little gelatinous but not so bad). The main ingredient and name on the box is Lemon parm chicken...I have to give this 1 star as the chicken was inedible. After gnawing on a corner like my pitbull for 2 minutes....I tossed it. I'm afraid to try the others now. (which is sad because the steak looked enticing too)

I didn't have high hopes for this after reading some of the comments, but boy was I wrong! This is one of the best Healthy Choice meals I have ever had! Chicken is tender and has a good texture, sauce is amazing, especially over the rice mixture, and the veggies are seasoned well. Will purchase again!

I liked the meal except for the unexpectedly spicy vegetables. The label should indicate when food is spiced as many people, including myself, cannot have spicy foods. Odd that it was only the vegetables. The chicken patty was okay, not outstanding, and the quinoa mix was good. I started writing this review after I ate the vegetables and my mouth and tongue are still burning. Will not buy again.

I liked the grains and the vegetables and the part of the chicken that didn't have sauce on it, but the sauce is really bad. I barely choked it down and wouldn't have bothered except it was my only lunch. I scraped off as much of the sauce as I could.

This was actually a very good meal as frozen meals go. The chicken and sauce were flavorful, the veggies tasted fresh and were not overcooked, and the grain mix was a nice change from the usual potatoes or white rice. I recommend adding some Italian herbs and ground black pepper - once I did that it was close to as good as I could have made myself. Healthy Choice should use this veggie mix in more of their frozen meals.

Love this dinner. The only downside is the spices on vegetables. The red pepper flakes are too much, they burned my mouth, making the vegetables inedible. The chicken is tasty and the grain blend is awesome. Would have to weigh the inconvenience of rinsing the vegetables after cooking or just not eating them. It's too expensive to not eat a third of meal.

I've tried almost all meals out there and tend to like Healthy Choice's. The marinara and beef one from this new product line were not my cup of tea but happy to say that this one was very good! The veggies were super flavorful (just really mix the seasoning when stirring them), interesting/great texture rice mixture, and yummy creamy sauce. It's not in rotation!

I'm a big fan of healthy choice and liked the black bean one a lot but I tried this twice and it was just gross. The sauce was dry and the chicken had an unearthly taste and texture. The veggies were fine though.
