And believe me,I have tried many. I find these recipes simple to make,attainable ingredients, has vastly improved my diet as I eat fruits and vegetables now.The author gives options for substitutes and add ins for ever recipe. You can make your own concoctions from her mix and match flavors and textures lists. I am very much enjoying this book
