Measure your right hand if you are right-handed or your left hand if you are left-handed. As shown in the below diagram, wrap a tape measure around your palm at the base of your knuckles. Also, my flat-knit gloves were draft-tight from fingertips to covering my wristwatch above my coat sleeve, together fending off a potentially uncomfortable day outdoors in the windy teens.

Heat Holder sock helps greatly with neuropathy, the cushion in the sock helps with the pain and the warmth help with the cold feet. So, yes I would definitely recommend Heat Holders products.
