Wish I could give 0 stars! Doesn’t heat up, adhesive sucks, won’t stay on. Don’t buy!

Do not work, never warmed up

Tried three of them. Waited hours. Never got hot at all. Not even warm. DO NOT BUY

Heard wrap was used and plastic bags of one-time use pads were empty. Unsanitary. I ordered curb side pick up so I’m not certain how they missed the opened and damaged package. I thought the box had just been smooshed during pickup.

I don’t recommend this at all. The sticky side doesn’t stick and stay on your neck. Cheaply made!!

These did not heat up at all, ended up returning them.

Should have looked at reviews before buying. The packages says it can take up to 30 mins for heat to activate…its been 3 hrs and I think its only slightly warm bc the material is thick and it’s just my body heat bouncing back. Total waste of money and not comfortable to wear.

Terrible. I ended up with these as a substitute because thermacare was out of stock. Hardly any heat, not very flexible. Up to 8 hours it says vs 16 with thermacare. But it doesn’t get warm enough to even help with the pain. I’ll be returning because target isn’t stealing my money for this crappy product.

Do not buy waste of money

I tried these instead of my usual Thermacare because they were about 1/2 the price. I got what I paid for with that choice. The heat was not as strong as with the Thermacare brand, which wasn't super surprising, but the adhesive was crazy strong on the one I tried. I wore it for about 3 hours and when I pulled it off, it pulled off a strip of skin on both of my shoulders. You can see in the photos, which are 2 days post removal of the heat wrap. Definitely would NOT recommend. I was able to return them to Target with no hassle, which was a plus, but I am not happy with having lost skin in the process.

Sticks ok if you don’t move around a lot, but definitely doesn’t get warm enough to be worth the hassle. Threw away the rest of the box.

The material is unbelievably stiff which doesn’t allow it to contour to your neck or shoulder area as depicted on the product’s image. The adhesive to hold it in place is so weak and tiny that the slightest movement pulls the wrap right off your skin, so moving around is a no-go. Actually, you don’t even have to move, it just starts to peel away, and I have dry, clean skin. It could perhaps work better on a flatter area of skin—even then I highly doubt it would stay on without something to hold it in place. The kicker is that it doesn’t get warm enough to be therapeutic either. I think my breath is hotter. The temperature is barely tepid. Overall this is a terrible product. Wish I’d read the reviews before buying but I was in a hurry…ugh. Put this right back on the shelf where you found it, back away, and save your money. I would not recommend this at all! :(

Doesn’t stick at all horrible and a waste of money

I open these immediately upon purchase. I was disappointed to find out they didn't heat...Not even one! Let's go back to the drawing board and try this again. Affordable heat packs are great but they need to work.

How can y’all sell this product. Complete waste of money as it doesn’t stay on at all.

For us ladies with a monthly situation, it's perfect for that. It heats well and sticks to fabric just fine.

Wouldn't heat up so I couldn't even attempt to use it

Didn’t get warm, adhesive doesn’t work, doesn’t move along with the body

Does not stay in place. Medicine itself seems to work however any movement causes it to fall off.

The first problem is the awkward stiff shape that doesn’t lay flat on the neck. The second problem is the nonexistent adhesive to hold it in place. These two problems ultimately don’t matter because the third problem is there is minimal I heat. I can’t believe Target produces and sells such a horrible product.
