A: Peace Out Plaque Mouthwash helps with plaque and fresh breath but doesn’t have strong bacteria-killing ingredients like alcohol, chlorhexidine, or CPC.

Q: The current product lists CETYLPYRIDINIUM CHLORIDE (a synthetic chemical) not aloe vera gel as the active ingredient. Can you confirm and explain why the change?
A: thanks for your question! we added cetylpyridinium chloride (CPC), a compound that works against the bad bacteria within plaque, and is now the active ingredient in peace out, plaque mouthwash and has the same epic benefits and flavor character that swishers know and love. we hope this helps!

Q: I have been wanting to try this mouthwash but I noticed on the bottle of a friend the main ingredient is cetylpyridinium chloride. Is this safe? I thought that ingredient was toxic.
