With this shampoo a little can go a long way bc of how it lathers so well. And that’s important to me bc my hair is super thick. It also has a slight cooling effect to it which i personally liked. It was soothing on my scalp.

The things I also liked was the tingly feeling it gives after sitting on the scalp. It bubbles a lot as well. The thing I did not like is how when I rinsed it out my hair felt dry. That is why my rating is the way it is because scared it drys out my hair type.

My scalp was a tiny bit tingling when I was washing my hair. The shampoo bottle size is a good size. I would definitely repurchase it. My hair feels nice and fresh and smells great.

The fragrance is fresh and invigorating, and it makes for a really nice shower experience. But unfortunately, like every Herbal Essences shampoo I’ve tried, this one left my hair feeling weighed down and not truly clean. Despite all the claims about being lightweight and deeply nourishing, my hair felt a little greasy by the end of the day and lacked volume. I also didn’t notice any major improvement in scalp balance, which was one of the main reasons I wanted to try it. I appreciate the effort behind the ingredients and the eco-conscious packaging, but the performance just isn’t there for me. If you’re scent-driven and have very dry hair, it might work better—but for me, it’s another pass.
