Q: I have used the honey im strong for many years. I have horrible allergies to many shampoos. Other then I see aloe is in this new one how comparable are they ingredients wise ? Is this gluten free ? I am highly allergic to WHEAT

I’ve had so many compliments about the scent since I started using it. My hair is fragile as I’m taking breast cancer hormone suppressants. This shampoo/conditioner combo keeps my hair soft & manageable & helps with tangles. The bottles are easy to use & dispenses a good amount of product while being spill proof. The shampoo lathers up on the first shampoo & I’ve been using the conditioner alone when I alternate shampoos. My teenager has been using the shampoo exclusively & his hair looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend this shampoo & I’m hoping to find travel sizes of the product.

I found the shampoo to be very hydrating yet cleansing and the conditioner was very hydrating however for fine hair, it did weigh down my hair a little. For my husband who has thicker hair he really enjoyed the texture and how it left his hair feeling. I also really enjoyed the scent and how it didn’t smell overwhelming, especially after rinsing and drying their hair. It still smelled good and not overpowering. The sentence itself is a nice honey sent, but it does kind of remind me of the Garnier honey line. However, I prefer the scent of this to that line. Overall, this is a really great shampoo and conditioner set perfect for someone who has dry, damaged hair or someone who has oily, thick hair as it worked for both my husband and me. The price point is great and of course comes in the herbal essence packaging you know and love.
