They smell more "manly" than most which is perfect for doing my boyfriend's laundry, as he really appreciates the smell! The bag has enough pacs for about a month of use. I highly recommend this product.

Its so easy to wash my clothes now but have the added comfort in knowing that they are being washed with ingredients specially formulated for athletic clothes. No smelly clothes, just fresh scented. Absolutely love and recommend this product to my friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This works as expected because it does clean my clothes and removes grass stains but it doesn’t leave any good scent on my clothes .i usually have to add extra softener with this for a nice scent on my clothes.i wont be using this longer because I prefer detergents with a strong scent but i do recommend this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using these pods for the last few weeks and they are okay. The packaging is great and I really appreciate the safety lock feature on the bag. The actual pods come in a clear plastic-like cover with the detergent inside. They are sturdy and they do not pop easy, which is good. They work fine, as my laundry did look and feel clean, my only criticism is that I would like more scent from them. They smell great, but it is very faint, even after putting in about 4 packs into the load.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this laundry detergent. The pods are great for easy washing as you can just toss it in with your clothes - no measuring required. This is a great help to my teenage son. And bonus it smells amazing - that fresh clean man smell! I will definitely be buying more. Also the added bonus - made for first responders!!! Will be keeping these on hand for the teenage son and the police uniforms!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Some times high tech fabrics seem to hold on to sweat smells. Hero laundry pods make them smell great again. Not only high tech fabrics but also quick dry polyester fabrics. They wash and dry easily but just never smell that great. I tried this detergent on them it seems to help. Pods are also so much easier than liquid. Smells a little manly which is tough as I do all our laundry in one load and I don’t necessarily want my laundry and the baby’s laundry smelling manly. But otherwise great product!

I’ve used them on workout clothes, dog bedding, wet towels, and dirty stinky clothes from kayaking outings. The pacs work especially well on workout wear made to wick away moisture. Smells seemed to linger an bit when washing those in regular detergent, but not with these. The smells are gone and not just covered up with perfumes. Dog bedding even comes out more fresh and clean feeling.

These laundry pacs claim to take away the sweat and all stinky odors. I found that to be untrue. After washing a shirt that wasn't used to work out just worn on a hot day, the arm pits stunk. So much so I had to rewash. I'll stick with tide

I don't need to apply stain remover or scent boosters, because this product removes stains and smells great. I like how it simply smells of clean laundry and not perfume trying to hide old sweat.

I love this stuff! I’ve done 5 loads of laundry and this stuff delivered on its promises. My clothes are fresh smelling but not overly fragrant. You nailed it, Hero Clean!

I’ve been using these in addition to my other laundry stuff and have enjoyed it. With all the madness going on I’ve really been focusing on getting detergents with sanitizing capabilities as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Hero Clean laundry detergent works great and removes bad odors, sweat and stains from my clothing items very effectively. I use it for my exercise clothes and my clothes for work and I really like that it truly gets rid of all lingering bad odors and leaves my clothes fresh and clean. It works exceptionally well on difficult stains, too. I like that this detergent comes in convenient, ready to use detergent pacs. All I have to do is toss one right into the washing machine with my laundry. No messy and bothersome measuring of liquid required. One pac is enough for small and medium sized loads, two pacs are recommended for large loads, and if clothing items are extremely dirty you can just toss one additional detergent pac in and everything will come out clean and fresh. The scent is light, noticeable but not overwhelming, I like it. As a veteran myself, I also want to mention that I especially like that the Hero Clean brand supports a good cause by donating part of their proceeds to support veteran funds as well as first responder funds! I would definitely recommend this laundry detergent!

It removes those difficult stain on the clothes and it definitely removes the odors from sweat, which is what I mostly look for on detergents because I sweat a lot and it’s hard to find a good detergent that gets the job done. It’s easy to use, it has a fresh scent; however the scent doesn’t last long but at the least you can smell clean. I’d recommend it if you’re looking for a detergent that removes sweat odors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did the real test on these Hero Clean Laundry Pods – dog beds! First, opening the bag, the scent of the pods were light and smelled clean. I have runners in the family so that was the initial test. After the running clothes test, the clothes did come out smelling clean and stayed smelling clean. The dog beds was the test I wanted to see since we struggle with finding a pod that will clean the wet dog smell from their beds. These worked well to our surprise, but using two pods! I not only like that fact that they leave the stinkiest of the clothes clean smelling, but purchasing the pods helped our veterans and first responders – which I am all for supporting!

The pods dissolve completely with no residual left on clothing. It removes odor and sweat stains as well as overall brightens whites. After use, clothing smells wonderful and clean. This is a great product!!

Would prefer if the smell would last a bit longer, as it smells good in the bag. Works great for moisture wicking clothing. Right now pairing it with downy to have some scent.
