I’m not likely the average customer for this rescue balm — mind 50s male. I have actinic keratosis on my cheeks and some redness on my nose from prior mohs surgery. I was self conscious about both of these issues (I’m having them treated professionally). I’ve been using this for a couple of weeks and it completely covers my skin problems, and makes my nose the same color as the rest of my face. It doesn’t show at all either. I only need a tiny amount but I will buy more when it runs out. It works well for me. I guess I’d consider the green correction to be makeup, and I’ve never considered wearing something like this before, but I’m extremely happy I tried it.

This is definitely a more affordable alternative to similar, more expensive products out there. I am impressed by the color correction. The texture is dense, and reminds me of a water or BB Cream. But it is skincare, so it offers ingredients that are hydrating and soothing to the skin. I use this sparingly because of the smaller quantity in the less expensive containers, but a little goes a long way when it comes to the moisture provided. I can say it offers a nice base for makeup.

Absolutely love this product. I put a tiny amount over my discolored areas and let it sit for a few minutes and blend it out. Most of the time I only use this on my entire face.

This is the only one that really works to counteract the redness I struggle with due to rosacea. My nose has always been the worst, it's usually Rudolph the Reindeer red and products don't last because of my oily skin. This product stays in place, even on my nose!! It was still in place after blowing my nose several times!! (Sorry if it's TMI, but it's true, my nose was still covered!!) This is now my Holy Grail product that I will be buying all the time so I'm never without it!! It really works and it's very lightweight, it doesn't even feel like anything is on my skin! I fell asleep the other night without washing it off because I forgot I still had it on! And my skin still looked good in the morning!! I don't even need an actual makeup foundation with this. Maybe just a little under eye concealer.

I honestly used it as a foundation some too because it is the best green Balm I have found to match my skin tone and I have serious redness issues. This stopped all that and helped me to feel more confident! I highly recommend trying Rescue Balm +Red Correct at least once for yourself!!!

As someone who has been working with dermatology to clear cystic hormonal acne, this product has been a LIFE SAFER on days I try to go without makeup. The green correct makes the marks so much less noticable and the formula is super healing as well, which is great. I always make sure I am stocked!
