[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We only got to use the Hessaire Outdoor 1,600 Square Foot Evaporative Air Cooler Humidifier a few times during our extended Georgia Summer. Talk about cooling the air and making it comfortable to be outside! We used it in our outdoor gazebo/ramada that normally has a nice amount of shade but gets hot and stuffy. This cooler made the air all around us feel cool and comfortable. Only drawbacks are the wheels got stuck on even the smallest things, and it's a little loud. Not terribly loud. I'll take some noise over hot, humid days. We enjoyed our last few days of summer outside thanks to this cooler!

The unit is easily portable with wheel casters that attach on bottom. It has a lot of powere and fills easily.

After pricing out split unit A/Cs which cost a lot and require professional installation, we decided on this. I like that it is on wheels, so we can push it out of the way when we are not using it. It is big, but not cumbersome and not too loud, which is nice so that we can follow along with workout videos or listen to music.

I wish I had gotten it early summer. This summer in Texas was horribly hot and my dogs would have enjoyed outside much more with this. It's easy to use, just remember it is huge. It weighs about 60 pounds and sits about 4 feet high and about 3 feet or more wide and a couple feet deep. If you are a small person and you plan on moving it, it's not for you. I love it, and my doggies will love it next summer.

We had settled into the cooler Fall weather so the unusually warmer temperatures were not really comfortable for sitting outside. The Hessaire Evaporative Air Cooler cooled the area considerably to make it the perfect environment to enjoy the patio comfortably. Nice big, heavy duty wheels make it easy to move around and the hose connection made it easy to hook up. Out of the box we only had to attach the wheels and the hose hook up and it was good to go. Very happy to have found this product and I’m sure we will be using it for many years to come and not just for the patio. It can also be used to cool down a garage, which I am looking forward to trying. Love how easy it is to maneuver and how nicely it cools the areas - hassle free.

Don’t listen to any bad reviews about this product. It’s wonderful…. I live in Louisiana the heat and humidity here is crazy. The machine does what it’s supposed to do get the size you need for the area you’re trying to cool and it’s pleasant.

I have been using portable evaporative coolers for over two years. I have 3 Honeywell 525 CFM coolers that were not cutting it in 100°+ days. This one unit placed outside my bedroom slider cools over 20°'s. You need an open window on the other end of your house. 1. Hose connector seems to not accept water. 2. On a hot day on High setting it will consume a full tank of water in 2 hours. 3. Instruction manual is poor, EASL drop-out, level English, typical of China imports (some pictures but no "Why" and "Hows"). 4. The fill hatch is small and awkward, and poorly designed, given that I am refilling it every 2 hours. A standard hose does not fit through. But, overall, for the amount of cooling it produces, two thumbs up! I would buy again. Purchase double the capacity rating needed. 1600 sqft. model cools 1050 sqft house well. The bigger (11000 sqft.) costs more per sqft.
