Q: My earbuds were working perfectly, was able to charge and they were paired with my iphone. Recently they started blinking red and blue when I turn them on and then shut off.
A: According to the manual, a blinking red light, means battery low. the problem may be the cable you're using to charge.

Q: sometimes when I hold down the button to turn them off, they'll instead call the last person I've talked to. Is there a way to disable this feature?

Q: Are they waterproof? Can I use in the shower? (heyday earbud 03)

Q: my headphones spontaneously shut off and the little red light transmitter (which signifies that theyre charging) blinks once when i plug them in during then. they randomly turn back on, too— how can i get my headphones out of this state?

Q: I found a user manual online that say this have a mic muting function by longpressing the "-" is it possible to confirm this info?
