According to my physician and reading other medical journals there is no substitute for HGH over the counter. The only way to effectively increase HGH in the human body is through injections of HGH. I wish I would have researched a little more before wasting my money on this over the counter that has no effect on actually increasing the HGH that I am deficient due to partial empty sella

The size bottle and amount needs to be larger. I ran out just as the HGH was beginning to be noticable, It takes about 2 and a half weeks to build up an produce enough HGH.

This is a very hard to swallow tablet. I've always had problems swallowing pills, but learned how to tolerate them over the years, but even my husband who never had such an issue now complains about it. I wish they would bring back the Rejuv super, as this is the first product of Swanson that disappointed me, and I've been with them for about 16_18yrs

Took this religiously - nothing. In fact-5 tablets every night just seems like a lot and they aren't little pills either. I would literally gag on the last 2 pills, I give up. Just seems like too many tablets for minimal results (for me anyway).

Though pleased that Swanson carries this product, I was extremely "put off" by the tablets and found them extremely HARD TO SWALLOW - I'm sure this curbed my evaluation since I couldn't swallow 5 during my morning intake of nutrients. If this product is available in capsules, I'll try it. Rather than not using them at all, I started ingesting one or two but then I wasn't following the recommended intake suggestions, so how could I fairly evaluate the performance. Thank you for this opportunity to vent though and thank you for the remaining nutrients with which I all well pleased. Laurence

one must pay attention to the suggested side effects and tailor your dosage to your body's acceptance fo optimum results. I find my muscle strength in my arms, legs and overall stamina and energy levels increased greatly, with better mental focus. Stop usage for a short time, but can't live without it now that I'm getting older. Love this product

I bought 2 bottles of these about a month ago; one for myself and one for my husband. He is taking 4-5 tablets at bedtime, and has made comment that he has a lot more energy in the morning. I've been taking 1 tablet at bedtime, and the same is true for me, I wake up several hours earlier than I used to, I've never been a morning person...I've missed out on a lot of quiet beauty. We both agree that when we do wake, like clockwork 5am, it is the eyes are open and you aren't able to go back to sleep kind of awake. For us this is a great effect, and I'd guess if you wanted to adjust the time one could by changing when you take the tablet. As for any other benefits I really can't say yet. All I know is my husband is out of his bottle - has taken half of what I have left - and asked me to order more. That tells me he is feeling and seeing a difference. The only complaint that we both have is the size of the tablets - they are large and become rather sticky in your throat. It isn't anything that would stop me from taking them, but just something for others to be aware of.
