It tasted great with a honey glaze until I noticed all of the skin was covered in some kind of long fuzz/hair. I can only hope it was because it was wrapped in some kind of cloth during processing. I shouldn't have to cut the skin off to eat it.

This Ham is really good. So good it neds to be sold in much larger sizes. In fact it is so good the website has a limit on how many you can order, and the store is often out of these Ham. For sandwiches you can't go wrong with this Ham Product and Brand. It is really good.

So flavorful not chewy. I did soak it in water for a bit and rinsed it several times due to the salty comments the night before cooking. I removed ham 2hours before baking to let it get to room temperature. My ham was over 12 lbs so baked for about 1:45 at 275% then left it on warm hold till served. I bought on of these hams for Christmas. It was absolutely delicious! Hands down the BEST pre sliced ham I’ve ever prepared or eaten. I followed the directions for heating. After 1 hr in the oven at 325 F I removed it and covered the surface with a glaze made from 2tsp dried mustard, 2 tbs dark brown sugar and 2 tbs. apricot jam and returned it to oven for another 35-40 mins. The flavor of the glaze permeated the inside of the sliced ham imparting a wonderful flavor to the ham. I will definitely buy this ham again! Another plus was that this ham was not overly salty at all!

I don’t eat ham but I buy this for my dogs and they love it. I don’t cook it because it’s comes cooked so I cut it off to feed them . I get a few of these for them. I’m even bought one for a neglected neighbor dog which their house is right behind me that they never feed him so I threw it over for him too. It was probably the best meal he ever had.

I read the reviews so, I made sure to marinate the little ham in pineapple juice mixed with brown sugar. Before the ham was done, I garnished it with pineapples and used cloves to keep the pineapples in placed. I basted the ham with pineapple syrup from the pan. I put the ham back in the oven to warm the pineapples. The ham came out tasty. Btw, I liked the fact that the ham was already sliced.

Excellent ham. Thick-sliced, perfect for sandwiches, especially grilled ham & cheese. Reasonably priced and keeps well in fridge (I freeze half of it). Easily diced for omelets, etc. All this explains why the Nicollet store stopped stocking it.

I tried this ham in a scalloped potatoes and ham dish. Typically the ham adds a salty and smoky flavor, but this ham only added texture. It didn’t have any flavor whatsoever.
