I try to always keep a package of this in our fridge. I love it. But I have an issue with the packaging. I saw one other review (from 6 years ago!) about this: it is near impossible to get a single slice out of the package the way the slices are folded over and rolled up. Besides sandwiches, I will grab a slice (or 3) here or there as a quick snack. Or, it would be quick if it didn't have take a "roll" out and try peel off a slice, and then end up shredding 3 slices and making a mess. TBH, I'd probably eat more of this if it weren't rolled up and so hard to get out, so maybe that's a good thing?

Ordered this online for pick up and it’s sad to see that people that work on online orders seem to always choose moldy products for the customers. It’s been a couple of time now that we’ve gotten moldy product/produce. Sadly this time it’s this turkey breast. It smelled weird when I first opened it but I thought I was just imagining it. We ate this a couple of times now and only until now the middle part has been exposed that I see the black mold. Disgusting, just opened this about 3 days ago and expiry date isn’t until December.

My daughter uses this quite often for her lunches for work. This is her go to for quick lunches. I use them for a nice grilled sandwich here at home, we love them they’re always fresh and delicious. They use wonderful packaging to ensure their products stay nice and fresh.

I've worked in a deli and this is NOT ultra thin, it's shaved. I have yet to get a half or full slice from the container. The taste isn't better than another brand and the price is rather high considering. Not buying again.

What's with the turkey being shredded in the package. We eat this every workday and it is so frustrating that the thin slice is now shredded slice. Do better Hillshire Farms!!!

This oven roasted turkey breast is great! It tastes fresh, and has two individual packages inside of the resealable container. It doesn’t get slimy. I roll it with cheese and eat it plain from the package. It’s the best ready packed turkey I’ve found so far.
Not a fan of the deli turkey.

Texture was odd I cannot place what did not sit well with me, but needless to say I’ll stick to the bologna and ham. I’ll stick to the actual grocer deli in the future when it comes to this one, convenience not worth it.

exp date Nov. 09 23 packing bloted up before use. this happened about 5-6 different times in the last year. cost too much to keeping throwing out will use another brand or get fresh sliced.

I chose to buy this brand because it was cheaper than the rest. (This 9oz package yielded around 15 slices of turkey.) However, the first thing I noticed when I opened up the package was this almost alcohol-like fermented smell from the turkey. It also tastes the way that it smells and is not very enjoyable.

Tastes good on sandwiches and I like that it’s lower in fat and no nitrates/nitrites. It’s a good option when you want pre-sliced deli meat that’ll last longer than a week.

I always buy this turkey because I think it's just about as good as the deli stuff but a bit cheaper. The most recent package I bought is a totally different product! The slices look chopped and reformed and the flavor is totally different (there's a saltiness to it now that reminds me of that yucky Buddig meat). So bummed! Make it delicious again!
