These capsules are like tax charged on my intelligence. They don’t work at all. I bought them in store when they were on clearance. I am relieved a little bit knowing that I didn’t pay full price. Else I will be in much worse mood. Sigh.

They definitely give me a mood and energy boost. I'm prone to anxiety attacks and avoid things like caffeine but the effect of this supplement didn't trigger any bad reaction from me. I've been a bit more productive during the day and have gotten into a better routine. I'm usually all over the place. I definitely recommend giving these a shot if you need help with mood. Just make sure you check with your pharmacist beforehand if you're on medication(s). A one month supply is quite affordable, which is awesome. I've tried other supplements before that were more expensive and made me have weird mood swings, so this was a nice surprise. I'm hoping that after my doctor's approval, I can start taking one in the evening instead of at lunch so that I can see if it helps me relax enough to fall asleep, which I struggle with. All in all, it's definitely worth a shot! My friend just started trying it and I hope it works as well for them! Oh, the capsules go down very easy and aren't too big!

With some patience, these have started to really make me feel much more relaxed, a bit more confident, and able to "problem solve" a lot better on my job and at school. And with these changes, I've been able to go to sleep and stay asleep a whole lot better at night. On top of that, my breakouts have been almost non existent in the last week or so. I tried for a couple of times, and everytime it made me sick and this was all i had added new. Its just not for me and would recommend anyone to give it a shot yourself.
