Lovely fixture (5 stars) but in 18 months i've had to replace all the bulbs... twice! (1 star!) Snd it's not the dimmable switch. I have a compatible one. Not worth the ongoing hassle

Absolutely love the light but it was a pain to figure out how to make the arms go with no directions. Also, if you move them too many times you can make the arm or wires break. We had a master electrician not be able to figure it out as well. Ultimately we got there but it was a frustrating process and now one of the arms droops. Call customer service to no avail

I love this fixture. However, it is impossible to get it to look like the pictures. The rods are like a rubik's cube; you can't move them freely; you have to move them all to move one. Very frustrating. I strongly recommend styling the rods before hanging the fixture. At least you won't be on a ladder trying to arrange.

Nice fixture but electrical connection was a nightmare. The plate supplied cuts off access to the electrical box, unless your fingers are 1/4" thick.

Very pleased with this chandelier. It can be moved to make it taller / fuller as shown in photos or flatter like the manufacturer images. It provides plenty of bright light. Images provided show dimmed lights. We also like that it has black with small amount of brushed nickel. If over a table with high ceiling, one may need an extra down rod. This is showing 36” of down rod, which is all supplied in the box.
